Welcoming attendees to WVC’s annual veterinarian conference is easier done on monitors near the venue entrance, while attendees shuffle through the foyer. Meanwhile, the same can be said regarding scheduled conference activities planned throughout the day.

Paper-puppet style animation – made with all vector assets – welcomes new attendees to the event, featuring visual call-outs spotlighting the labs and lectures planned during the conference as well as highlighting some of the local entertainment options found around throughout Las Vegas.

The following year a new set of still white board animations were added to the event to be displayed throughout the convention areas to bring attention to the daily events and attractions during the conference.
