CHALLENGES:
. capture delicate uniqueness | my precious
. keep things grounded | crafting for the people
Though not all things this unique craftsperson makes fall under a nautical theme, the partiality to the sea – “bay” being the respectfully referenced – as well as the primary watercolor medium, a deep dive into marine iconography expanded the exploration from waterlogged treasures, pearls, and shells to the lesser referenced but always adored sea critters. Finding a wonderful uniqueness in the Sea Horse due to the rare critter’s allure as well as its sparse use in the sea of nautical themed marks, its vulnerability requires protection provided by the encapsulating coral – representative of the heartfelt keepsakes people cherish and protect.
Sticking to a minimalistic approach, the mark, along with the chosen typeface, promotes greater accessibility of the products and services offered, where everyone’s dreams and wishes are welcome.

Suppose you are on the right path when you present your work to your client and they respond:
“I told [my husband] the other day that in my head there was a seahorse in my logo, so it's so cool that there are seahorse options.”
And with that another mark has found its home. As we raise anchor, our course charted – second star on the right and straight on ‘til morning – don’t forget you can find truly amazing custom watercolor keepsakes at SkipperBay.com
